Quantity

Meaning :

Quantity refers to the measurable number or amount of a product, asset, or resource. It defines “how much” of something exists, whether measured in units,  kilograms, liters, shares, or lots. In finance and business, quantity plays a crucial role in  influencing costs, pricing, inventory levels, and transaction sizes.


Example : 

For example, when you buy 100 shares of a company in the stock market, the  quantity is 100 shares.
